    A Long Procrastinated Post...

I've been so busy since Rosie left, that I've abondaned Xanga for a while until I could find time. I don't have time to upload all my pictures, nor enough memory space to post pictures this post, but I have put them on Google's Picasa. I have not uploaded them all yet, because my computer has been moving really slowly lately. There are 125 pictures, as well as other pictures in my albums. I also linked to Rosie's. http://picasaweb. Mine can be found at http://picasaweb.google.com/NocturnalRacoon

Since it will take hours to post about Rosie, I will post about other random things first, in case I run out of time, and need to make another post later.

We got the new Zoo Tycoon Game, Exstint Animals this morning. It was a reward for watching the dog FOREVER this week, even though there were other things I wanted to do. Zoo Tycoon is very addicting, because I love animals. My brother and I fight for it when we play computer games, even if Oregon Trail V is more addicting.........

SOBHD changed the official steps. That means we need to mix up the steps in Highland before the new competition season. Oh, and I just remembered I have a competition on the 30th. I can't wait! Mom and Mrs. Roeder are announcers, so that's a recipe for fun. The two worst name pronouncers in the world.....ha!

    Ugh, G2G, More Later...

  • Rosie is here!

Yesterday at 4:00 Rosie arrived! Finally! I was actually sitting on my bed doing nothing, waiting for her to come, and then I decided to go outside and see what my da and mum were doing....and a few minutes later, I see the skrawney, dirty blonde haired, braced face wonder that is Rosie, trying to climb her bush covered fence into our "Garden". It was rather ungraceful if you ask me. We ran to each other and hugged, which was rather long, and exchanged our rather long conversation that we always have. "How is America?" "How is England?"......"Want to go swimming?" "Sure, but didn't you just get here?" "Yep, I'm not tired, let's go swimming". "Okay!" So I got my swimming "Costume" on, and gave her her "Presents" and she gave me mine.

There were only five people at the pool when we went, and I knew them, and they were mature, so it was quite nice. They were playing Marco Polo, so we were confusing them, but their friends thought it was really funny. Oh yes! Rosie already lost something here....her pool key! Anyway, Lizzie came, so we swam with her. She leaves for someone on the East Coast tomorrow, so she will be gone the rest of the time Rosie is here, and so is Kayla for that matter.

We had a lot of strange conversations....as usual.

*Me: Why do you eat Noodles?       Her: They taste good....but they do get stuck in your braces! *Looks around to see all of the noodle bits floating in the now empty swimming pool, and breaks into laughter!*

**Do you English accent, Morgan!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE!    ME: No, I sound like Lindsey Lohan trying to imitate Georgie Henley!

***Have you read Twilight? You should..... It's good....I can't remember most of it but it is good. *I've only got the page 20. I did not have an interest in even the summary, but we had to read some of it for school....and that is as far as I got.!*

We TRIED to catch fireflies at night, but I think we killed two of them, trying to put them in the jar...Rosie is scared to touch them, so I had to catch them in my hand....

She whipped my butt at Croquet the first time around. The second time, I almost won. I had a slight disadvantage that I've only ever play a few times in my life... and she plays almost every evening!

Things we have already decided we are going to do: Go boating, Kings Island, SWIM, Reds Game, "Ladies Day Out", "Sleep" over, make a movie, Croquet tourdement, bake pretzles, Jungle Jims trip, Rumpke day trip around Cincy, help Mary make braclets for her store.....Fun!

    I'll post pictures later...

  • CHT 2008-2010 Season

I got an e-mail for the director of events at CHT, with the list of audition dates for the season, and shows. It's all open audition stuff, for comunity theatre,  but we always have at least one showing at PHitP, and get paid for it. All money goes into a scholorship fund for acting schools, and junior camps in the summer.

Season Auditions: August 23rd & August 24th. This audition is to be able to perform in all shows this season. If selected, you must still audition for the show in a closed audition, for only people who have also been selected. You need to sing at least eight bars or music, to one page of music. You also need a comedic monolouge, and a dramatic monolouge. NO ENGLISH LITERATURE! One monolouge must be spoken in a different accent. What accent you choose will not matter, or effect your chances, just how you deliver.

Complete List of Shows: Those with a star by them, may be cut, but may stay, and move to the CHRD theatre.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

*Sigh* Les Mis is school edition......the full edition is currently restriced I think. The rest sounds really fun though. There is no way if I get in that I will do all of them, but most of them sound good. I might want to do Fiddler on the Roof, again, because it might be one of the later shows in the season. I've never seen the movie or show The Wedding Singer, but I know what it is about. South Pacific sounds really fun. We watched the PBS version with Reba McEntire, that was really good. Pippin, awesome. I want to play his grandmother really bad! It's the only character that stops the show for a sing-a-long! How cool is that!?!?!? Mama Mia is awesome! Beauty and the Best, sweet. That was the first broadway show I'd ever seen (Phantom of the Opera does not really count, because I was not actually, born yet). And to please all of you peoples that read my blog, yes we are doing Sweeny Todd....I'm not sure how my parents will react when they read that, but I'm going to try to get my way into that! I've already got my monos. and song choosen, so now I can't wait!
